The concept of “caveat emptor” should be observed in using any website—and ours is no different.Please understand that this website has been copyrighted and, as such, is subject to all the Federal rules and regulations pertaining thereto. Accordingly, we would ask that you use our website as if it was your own and treat others as you would want to be treated. For those who might abuse this privilege, or abrogate our copyright rights, we will assure you that, if discovered, we will make every effort to prosecute the offenders.

Inappropriate, Illegal or Nefarious use

 VacationAtMyHome.com would ask that you not:
  • Use our website in or for any other manner than the purpose for which it was developed.
  • Reproduce and republish/display any part of our content or website in yours.
  • Reproduce and republish the look and feel of our website in yours.
  • Transmit to our website any type of virus or other computer program that might damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of our website or transmit data from our website to any other.
  • Interfere with the operation of our computer hardware by placing a program within our system that would cause an unreasonable load on our computer equipment

VacationAtMyHome.com, its officers, employees, affiliates, and assigns will not be liable for any damages occurring to a user’s computer or computer program when using the internet and connected to the VacationAtMyHome.com website. A user’s sole and exclusive remedy is to cease using the website and our service.

As such, each user agrees to release Vacation At My Home, LLC, (VacationAtMyHome.com), its affiliates, assigns, partners, vendors, service providers, and contractors and each of their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, and all other related persons or entities from any and all manner of rights, claims, complaints, demands, causes of action, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, legal fees, costs, and disbursements of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, which may arise from, relate to, or are connected with your use of our service.

Advertising Terms and Conditions

VacationAtMyHome.com reserves the right to determine the final design, layout, and look and feel of our website. Final design and layout may change, without notice, from time to time. The company may copy, edit, and/or amend provided data and/or photographs supplied, to be in sync with web site visitors viewing. VacationAtMyHome.com is not responsible and has no liability for any loss or damage resulting from the design or positioning of the changes made to the photographs and/or edited copy submitted to or by VacationAtMyHome.com staff.

Prior to publication, each advertising customer will be contacted to secure final approval of edited copy. As such, all final approved copy/photographs are the responsibility of the owner/advertiser. At that point, VacationAtMyHome.com disclaims any and all liability arising from the alleged accuracy of the listings, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part. By accepting these Terms and Conditions and paying to list on VacationAtMyHome.com, you agree to indemnify and hold VacationAtMyHome.com and its affiliates harmless against all costs, expenses and losses arising out of a claim relating to the content of an advertisement.

Advertisers are solely responsible for keeping their information up-to-date. VacationAtMyHome.com makes no representation or warranties that any of the copy or availability information published on VacationAtMyHome.com is accurate or up-to-date.

VacationAtMyHome.com does not warrant that the operation of its’ website will be either error-free or uninterrupted.

VacationAtMyHome.com reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to other web sites from advertisers' pages; and, to remove said links without notice. In addition, VacationAtMyHome.com may, at any time, charge for or increase pricing to and for any hypertext link.

VacationAtMyHome.com only accepts listings for individual sites. Advertisers agree to and understand that there will be no substitutions and warrant that the property listed is factual to that represented in the advertiser’s documentation and photographs. In addition, the advertiser warrants that the property advertised is in fact the legal property of the advertiser; or, that the advertiser is the owner’s legal fiduciary and has the right to list same.

If VacationAtMyHome.com receives a confirmed complaint from a renting party of the advertiser, then VacationAtMyHome.com reserves the right to revoke the advertiser’s right to advertise on the web site—without notice. Again, in such a case, no refund will be made.

All listings are sold to run for the specified paid period. Early removal will not warrant a refund. In addition, VacationAtMyhome.com reserves the right to refuse any listing or to revoke a lister’s advertisement if the advertiser does not comply with the Terms and Conditions herein. In such a case, again, no refund will be made.

Payment for listings must be made by either good funds or electronic credit/debit per use of our Pay-Pal system.

All services performed are sold to or through the corporate web site that is located in the State of Nevada. It is agreed that any arbitration or adjudicated action must take place in the State of Nevada., U.S.A.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the advertiser hereby authorizes VacationAtMyHome.com to represent and promote the advertiser’s product on the VacationAtMyHome.com web site.
