Deposits

$150 security deposit, returned within 7 days of checkout less any adjustment due to loss or damage.

Other fees

• Hawaii tax rates increase to 13.25% for payments received after July 1 2010.
• Check-in is after 3 PM and Check-out is by 11 AM. However, we can be flexible on these times if there is not a back-to-back rental. If you want to check-out late or check-in early please coordinate with us and we will try to accommodate you
• 3 Night deposit plus tax due within 14 days of booking, remainder, 30 days before check-in. $100 cancellation fee. Limited refunds if cancellation within 30 days of check-in.
• Tax applies to Condo rental only (not cleaning or security deposit).
