Charming and spacious 1920's Colonial-style home available for your Door County get-away. Located in a quiet residential area in Sturgeon Bay, it is within walking distance to several restaurants, unique shops, and other attractions.

Property Description

The main floor of the house features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, family room, living room with gas fireplace, and 1/2 bath. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms, each with a queen size bed with premium mattress. A third, smaller bedroom is also available with a twin bed. Each sleeping room has its own television with cable. A full bathroom with tub/shower completes the upstairs.

This home has been inspected and is licensed by the state of Wisconsin.

Rental Rates:
Peak Season (June thru October)... $240 weeknights-$300 weekend nights
Quiet Season (November thru May)... $210 weeknights-$270 weekend nights
