Cancellation policy

Cancellation policies vary by property. Normally, a reservation becomes fully non-refundable within 45 days of arrival (60 days at Christmas). This is standard resort industry policy. A No Show or Early Departure is considered similar to a short cancellation period, in that all reservation funds become fully non-refundable.

Deposits

We charge a minimum 1st night non-refundable deposit plus tax, by credit card only. For a few properties, there is a 2 night non-refundable deposit. The balance of payment is normally due 45 days prior to arrival (60 days at Christmas, Dec 19-Jan 4). Balance of payment details vary and will be explained at time of booking.
