-Deposits

The deposit is $500.00 and must be received to secure your date. The deposit will be returned 10 days after your departure. The full rental payment must be paid in full 30 days before you arrive.

-Other fees

Cleaning and/or bar usage will be deducted from deposit. Also, Standard guests of 4 per rental or 25.00 per extra person. The cleaning fee is a standard charge of $150.00 or $175.00 for holiday and special events . Maid service is available by request for an additional charge. If needed, there will be a fee for extraordinary cleaning and for any damages. Their will be a 25.00 charge for not cleaning the gas grill or BBQ Pit after usage.
