Rental Rates:
$1,680.00 per week in off season or $250 per day, 3 day minimum.
$1,920.00 per week in shoulder season, or $300 per day, 3 day minimum.
$2,160.00 per week in high season, or $350 per day, 4 day minimum.

Shoulder season includes: Week before Mardi Gras Week (Feb.10-16,2010); Tennessee Williams Festival(March 24-28, 2010); French Quarter
Festival (April 9-11, 2010); Essence Festival (July 4-6, 2009); 
High Season includes Sugar Bowl Festival (dates of December 28-
