Area description
The home is located in the pretigious Arcadia area which was where the citrus groves were back 50 or 60 years ago! There are still lots of citrus trees and lush greenery throughout all of Arcadia.
Arcadia is very centrally located. 10 miles to the airport, 5 miles to dowtown Scottsdale, 5 miles to the Biltmore, and close to tons of bars, restaurants, shopping, golf courses, etc.
