About 12 miles NORTH OF TOWN at Mile 14 N. Tongass Highway on Knudson Cove Road about a 30-minute drive from the airport ferry and the Alaska ferry terminal.

Property Description

The one-bedroom apartment upstairs has a vaulted ceiling, a double bed and two twin beds, and a queen hide-a-bed sofa, one bathroom with a 36" shower, outfitted kitchen, cable television upgraded with movie channels, VCR/DVD player, private phone, washer and dryer, gas BBQ and a small deck.  There is also a shared propane burner and large pot for cooking crab and other seafood outside.

The three-bedroom unit downstairs has three double beds, three twin beds, and a queen hide-a-bed sofa, well-equipped, outfitted kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer.  There is one full bathroom with tub/shower combination and a master bathroom with a shower, private telephone, cable television upgraded with movie channels, VCR/DVD player, and a gas BBQ on the covered deck.  A shared propane burner and large pot for cooking crab and other seafood outside is provided.

Since this is a vacation rental, breakfast foods are not provided.  The kitchen is stocked upon arrival only with staples, condiments, coffee and tea.   We suggest shopping in town before coming to the apartment.

-Cancellation policy

We appreciate notification as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $25 plus tax.

-Deposits

Full payment is required on one and two night stays at the time the reservation is made. A minimum advance deposit of the first two nights paid in full or 50% of the total reservation is required on stays of three (3) nights or more. Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation will be sent by mail, fax or e-mail with your bed and breakfast or vacation rental information, map, directions, and travel insurance information. The balance due, if any, is payable to KRS 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival and can be paid by personal check, cashier's check, postal money order or a major credit card.
