Half payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, and balance 30 days prior.
Deposits will be held until inspection of property is complete, and returned upon acceptable condition of the home.
If cancellation is less than 60 days prior to reservation, payment is forfeited.
Unless rented on a monthly basis, holidays are weekly rentals only.
