Recently remodeled, this cozy three bedroom Forest Pines condo is well situated one block off Lakeshore Drive and convenient to the beaches, shops, restaurants and the Hyatt Hotel and Casino.

The living area is bright and airy with two skylights bringing in natural light. There are comfortable lazy boy recliners for watching cable TV or your favorite video or DVD. Or you can listen to music and enjoy the gas log fireplace.

The kitchen is completely renovated with corian countertops, new cabinetry and a whirlpool gas stove, oven and microwave. It is well equipped for those that like to cook.

Downstairs, the Master Suite has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a steam shower.

Upstairs, Guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, and Guest Bedroom #2 has a trundle bed. Both bedrooms have TV's with VCR. The two guest bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom which features a Jacuzzi tub.

Just steps away is the renovated Clubhouse with a beautiful pool and sun deck, large jacuzzi and changing rooms with showers.

The Incline Village community has convenient shopping, two championship golf courses and a community recreation center with tennis courts all within five minutes.
