Perfect for large family gathering or corporate retreat... This 6 wooded acre retreat spot has a beautiful 1836 sq. ft. Main House, a Studio, two-person Cabin, and a 900 sq. ft A-Frame House, all on the same property. Just 3/4 of a mile down the road from Lake Ouachita and the Twin Creek Recreation Area. (where you'll find a boat launch/beach/fishing/camping and more) The house is 30 minutes outside of Hot Springs traveling west on Rt. 270 near Mt. Ida. The only place in the area where you can accommodate up to 28 of your family members all on the same property with no one else sharing your private space!

A-Frame house has Master Bedroom, 2 baths, and 2 loft sleeping areas for 6-8
All together comes to 9 bedrooms and can sleep up to 28 people.

Main house has beautiful pine wood floors, Cathedral Ceiling, and fireplace. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious for large groups. It's Master Bedroom has french doors leading to a private deck with a view of the crystal fountain, Gazebo and wooded back yard.

The Cabin offers a romantic smaller space "just for two" with queen size bed, bathroom with clawfoot tub, and equipt kitchenette. It is available as an addition to the Main House or as a separate rental.

The Studio, was designed with TEENS in mind! It is located in between the Cabin and Main House is available for extra sleeping and entertainment only. It has two full size beds, a futon and foosball table. (no separate bath in here)

The A-Frame house has a beautiful view from the upper balcony at the peak of the house. It is more secluded than the other units since it sits away from the others just a bit.

The beautiful back yard is 6 acres of Dogwood and other hardwood trees, has a gazebo, crystal water fountain, covered picnic area with charcoal grill and much more! Property is located on a small dead-end street providing privacy and a peaceful setting. NO SMOKING!

3x5 Kennel provided in Main House and dog pillows/bed. $15/pet/night pet fee applies. This fee is used to feed rescue dogs for the local Humane Society.

2 Night Minimum, 3 Night Minimum on Holidays

Cancellation policy

A thirty (30) day
notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more
than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay and are made
within 30 days of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay and are made
within 15 days of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit AND ½ of
the rental fee.  Once your vacation date arrives, cancellation or early
departure does not warrant any refund of any rent or deposit. 

Deposits

Security Deposit $250-$500 based on # of units rented, Refundable After Inspection

Other fees

Pet Fee $15/pet/night. Pet fee goes to 
feeding rescue dogs in foster care.
An additional charge of $10/person per 
night for the 6-14th person for the main house only.
