Area description

This property is Located in the Arrowhead Ranch, Golf, and Lakes community, close to the 101 freeway which enables you to navigate to all the surrounding cities with ease: ie. Scottsdale, Phx, Tempe, Peoria, Sun City, Mesa and Chandler. Peoria Sports complex is training camp for the SEA Mariners and the SD Padres in March. Glendale Arena houses the Phx Coyotes, concerts, and numerous events all year. Sedona, Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, and Out of Africa are only hours away for a day trip. Scottsdale is great for the River walk with bars, Art galleries, restaurants and shops. Lake Pleasant is exciting for all your boating, jet skis, and water skiing needs. If you are into snow skiing you can drive to Pinetop and Flagstaff. Arizona has many casinos, if you want to try your luck in Gambling. Fiesta Bowl in January. Glendale's Catlin Court Historic District is the antique capital with so many specialty shops. The FDR PHX open in Jan, and the Barret Jackson Car show is great fun for all ages. The Westgate City Center and the Phx Stadium, home of the Phx Cardinals, are just up the 101. There you will find shops, restaurants, bars, theatres, sports events, and so much more!!

Property Description

This house is located on the 14^th hole of the Arrowhead Lakes and Golf community. The furniture is very tasteful. The backyard is an all year resort, newly remodeled and complete with a private pool,  separated Jacuzzi, and barbecue. For a small fee and the price of groceries, we can stock the refrigerator or shelves so all you have to do is unload your luggage, put up your feet and relax. Smoking allowed outside. Pets considered. Air mattresses upon request. WiFi Internet hookup.
