Area description

One block north of Moonlight Beach, with pedestrian and vehicle security gates. Easy and close to Del Mar to the south and Carlsbad to the South. Very close, (but not close enough to be a noise factor) to the Historic Pacific Coast Highway Beach Business District and is immediately proximate to the white sandy beaches of Moonlight Beach with permanent lifeguard headquarters, a tennis court, a tot lot, concession stand, fire rings, showers and public facilities. SAN Lindbergh Airfield Airport is just 30 minutes away.

This property has steps to enter the private gate, and all 3 gorgeous bedrooms are upstairs with oceanfront views, large flat panel TVs, and DVD players. The Master suite has a bathroom with shower, double sinks, toilet (with oceanfront views), and a second area with a whirlpool bath with oceanfront views. The Master also has a desk and chaise sofa overlooking the water, plus there is your own private balcony with table and chairs for enjoying private quiet time. Bedroom two has a king, a set of bunk beds, and its own bathroom. Bedroom three has a king bed, Ocean, Pool & Jacuzzi deck views, and a bathroom. All of these bathrooms are accessed directly from the bedrooms for ultimate privacy. All bedrooms and baths are fully furnished with high upgraded linens and towels. Your private stairs to the beach, a bluff top patio and sunning deck with 180 degree ocean views, pool and jacuzzi, chaise lounges, tables and chairs for relaxing are all yours! Your private patio includes a built-in firepit and barbeque for those evening get-togethers with the family after a long day! There is an after beach outdoor shower. Well-behaved children are welcome. Sorry, no cats will be accepted due to the difficulty in cleaning, and possible allergies of other guests; a small dog may be considered. This property has A/C provided during the months starting mid June-September. A/C is not needed on the coast, so is not available throughout the remainder of the year. This property is not appropriate for parties or events, and is for those staying at the property only.
