Deposits

A Reservation Deposit equal to 35% of the Total Amount Due is required at booking in order to confirm your reservation.

Other fees

A $35.00 damage waiver OR a Damage Deposit of $300 will be required and is collected as part of the total balance due.

Your damage deposit is fully refundable with 10 days of your departure providing no additional expenses are incurred.

Add one-time $85 cleaning fee.
