The Surf House is at Rio Del Mar State Beach in Aptos Ca. Rio Del Mar Beach is pet and kid friendly. Enjoy surfing, kayaking, kite flying, playing in the water, or sunning on the beach. Read a good book, walk on the Esplande to the USS Palo Alto, fish from the pier or the in surf. Collect shells, watch the birds and dolfins, or just snooze. Go Antiquing in Aptos and Soquel or shopping in Capitola. The SantaCruz Boardwalk is 20 min north. Monterey Bay Aquarium is 1 hour south. 15 minutes and you are in the Redwoods in the Santa Cruz mountains. San Francisco Airport is 90 minutes away. San Jose airport is 45 minutes away.

The Surf House is a charming 800 sq ft, California beach bungalow. Built in the late 30's as part of the Rio Del Mar Country Club in Aptos Ca, the house retains many of the original features but with modern conveniences. Expansive view of Rio Del Mar State Beach from the living room and deck and just steps to the sand. Watch the surf and beach activities from the comfort of your lazy boy recliner or deck chair or go over to the beach

Master bedroom has queen bed, nightstands, lamps, dresser, secretary desk , balcony with view of the mountains, wireless internet connection, radio with i pod docking station, books. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, dresser and nightstand, radio with ipod docking station. In the livingroom alcove there is a twin trundle bed that also serves as a couch.  Pets welcome. Fully furnished. HDTV, DVD, phone and wireless Internet connection.
